RetroMusic — Offline Music Player • Last updated: March 23, 2026
RetroMusic does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your music stays on your device, always.
RetroMusic is an offline music player designed to play audio files stored locally on your device. It operates entirely without an internet connection and has no server-side component.
RetroMusic does not collect any personal information. Specifically, the app does not collect or access:
Names, email addresses, or contact information; location data; device identifiers or advertising IDs; usage analytics or telemetry; browsing history or search queries; photos, contacts, or other personal files (beyond the audio files you choose to import).
RetroMusic scans audio files that you place in the app's documents directory or import via file sharing. Metadata (song title, artist, album, artwork) is read from these files and stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device.
RetroMusic does not make any network requests. The app functions entirely offline and does not communicate with any external servers, APIs, or third-party services.
RetroMusic does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising frameworks, or crash reporting services.
Because RetroMusic collects no data whatsoever, there are no special concerns regarding children's privacy. The app is safe for users of all ages.
If this privacy policy is updated, the changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Since RetroMusic collects no data, significant changes are unlikely.
