These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BodyForm ("the App"), published by an individual developer based in India ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control. You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is legal where you live.
The App is intended for information and tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions or changing fitness routines.
All data you enter remains yours. The App operates locally on your device and does not transmit your measurements to us. Please review the accompanying Privacy Policy for details.
Any in-app purchases or subscriptions offered in the future will be processed by Apple. Additional terms may appear at the point of purchase.
The App, including logos, design, and code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App without written permission, except where allowed by applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
